Booking Policies for Lashes & Brows

Patch Tests

  • A patch test is recommended for new clients to check for allergies at least 24 hours before the following treatments:
    • Eyelash extensions
    • LVL lash lift
    • Eyelash/eyebrow tinting
    • Brow lamination
    • Microblading
  • If you are pregnant, a patch test is compulsory.
  • Please note that, on rare occasions, an allergic reaction may still occur even if the patch test results are negative. We advise booking treatments a few days before any important events as a precaution.
  • In case of discomfort, itchiness, or redness after your appointment, please contact us for advice and consult your GP immediately. Do not ignore symptoms of an allergic reaction, as they can lead to serious health issues if untreated.

Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash or bank transfer.
  • Please arrive at your appointment without eye makeup and avoid applying moisturiser to your face on the day of your treatment.

Deposits

  • A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to book and confirm every appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total session cost.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited unless you reschedule beforehand.
  • No-shows will also result in a loss of the deposit.

Tardiness

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment and the forfeit of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to re-book.

Rescheduling

  • A 24-hour notice is required to carry your deposit over to a new booking.

Guest Policy

  • Guests, children, and pets are not allowed during appointments.

Infilling Work by Other Technicians

  • Due to the high-quality products used, we do not infill work done by other technicians. A removal and full set will be required.

Microblading (SPMU) Policies

Deposits

  • A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to book and confirm every appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total session cost.

Rescheduling

  • A 24–72 hour notice is required to carry your deposit over to a new booking.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Tardiness

  • Being more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment and the forfeit of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to re-book.

Touch-Up Time Frame

  • Rescheduled touch-ups are subject to technician availability.
  • If a rescheduled touch-up falls outside the 6–10 week time frame, the service may require an additional charge.

Candidacy

  • Clients must verify their candidacy for treatment prior to booking.
  • If contraindications are present and treatment cannot proceed, the appointment may be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.

Expectations of Semi-Permanent Makeup

  • After treatment, mild redness or swelling may occur but typically subsides within a few days.
  • Colour intensity will appear darker initially but will fade to the desired shade during the healing process.
  • Touch-up sessions may be needed over time to maintain the results.
  • Follow aftercare instructions, including avoiding excessive water or sun exposure and using recommended products, to ensure optimal healing and results.

Corrections

  • Options for pigment removal include laser removal, saline removal, or acid removal. These methods require a 6-week healing process and may involve discomfort.
  • If the issue is related to colour rather than shape, a correction may be possible without full removal.

Existing Semi-Permanent Makeup

  • We do not perform Microblading over old tattooing, as this technique requires a clean canvas to create hair-like strokes that mimic natural brows.
  • Existing pigment can interfere with the desired outcome, so removal may be necessary before proceeding.
